Week 12

For my final blog post I learned about firewalls. I already knew the just of what a firewall does, but that was about it. It was good to know that a firewall actually filters information that come through your internet connection. I didn’t know that part. If certain information gets flagged by the firewalls filters, then it doesn’t get to go through. I didn’t particularly find blogging to be enjoyable or beneficial. It didn’t help me with my job either. I do not see myself blogging in the future if it isn’t required by a professor. I don’t really see blogging as an ability, so no, I don’t think it makes me more desirable when it comes to being potentially hired somewhere.
